Ulefone Metal Officially Announced
The Ulefone Metal has been officially announced, and is made entirely of metal, as its name suggests.
The Ulefone Metal has a 5-inch HD display, with a resolution of 1280 × 720 pixels, a 3GB RAM memory and a 1.3GHz, 64-bit Cortex -A53 octa-core processor with a MediaTek MT6753 SoC. As for its graphics, it has a Mali T720 GPU equipped. Ulefone Metal’s internal storage is 16 GB, and can be increased up to 128 GB by using a microSD card.
Additionally, the new smartphone has an 8 MP rear camera with Sony IMX149 sensor and LED flash that can record 1080p videos at 30 frames per second, plus a 2 MP front camera for your selfies. On its back, apart from the camera, there is also a 360-degree fingerprint sensor that can unlock the device in just 0.2s with a success rate of 99%. The installed battery has a capacity of 3.050 mAh, and the dimensions of the device are 143x71x9.35 mm, while its weight is 155 grams.
The Ulefone Metal will be running Android 6.0 Marhmallow, but has some elements of the Ulefone user interface on it, plus it supports 4G networks and dual SIM. Ulefone Metal promotional campaign includes a small contest where you can guess its final price and if your guess is close enough to the real price, you can win the device.
