1 large New Security Hole Discovered In Lenovo PCs Again

It is not the first time that Lenovo has to deal security holes in PCs that manufactures itself, although the company certainly hopes it’s the last.

Dymtro “Cr4sh” Oleksiuk (Security researcher) claims that there is an important hole that allows those who have the proper knowledge to bypass all Windows security protocols in the specific computers.

The whole problem seems to have its roots in Intel’s code, and it is likely that other manufacturers have used the same code as well, leaving their machines exposed to the security flaw too. Lenovo seems to have contacted Oleksiuk before he made the publication, but they did not come to an agreement. So, now the necessary procedures to fix the security hole have already started.

However, there are already those who think that the whole process was not accidental, even though that for the time being, no one can prove anything.
