What It Does
Here is how it works. CoSurf is a mobile browser for iPads that splits the screen in two parts, so that two people can sit in front of each other, or snuggle on the couch next to one another, and browse the Internet simultaneously.
If your device is on the flat surface, lifting it up towards you will give you the full screen of your part of the browser. In the middle of the screen, there is a lock button, which disables this feature if you don't need it for the moment, and would like to use the app in other positions.
The two screen parts of the browser are two separate instances, and user profiles can be created for them, with tabs and favorites and even passwords. If you would like your partner to see something from your part of the browser, just swipe fingers and voilà, he or she can see your half.
