Blizzard WIll Add 'Competitive Mode' Back in Overwatch in June
Overwatch is now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, but Blizzard (as usual), is not going to leave it to chance. On the contrary, the company announced that in the first major update of the game, which is scheduled for release in late June, the Competitive Mode that we first saw during the title’s beta release in April will be added back.
This feature will allow players with similar levels to battle against each other during seasons that last about one month, in order to gain sprays, icons and different voices.
In fact, Blizzard will even extend the mode’s duration of each season from one month to three months, with a few weeks “breaks” within this time frame.
As time passes, more details about the return of the Competitive Mode in Overwatch will come to surface.
