With copy.com you get 20GB if registering from a referral link like mine: https://copy.com/?r=79614r (you need to register, confirm your email account and log into one of their apps: osx, windows, linux, ios, android).

Later you can invite people, like I am just doing, for 5GB per referral.

Paid plans at Copy also beat the likes of Dropbox: 500GB is $149/year.
