ClicksAndWhistles este un client IRC pentru Windows. Aceasta susţine mai multe conexiuni de server şi de "identităţi", permiţându-vă să aveţi porecle diferite pe diferite servere. Există suport pentru Unicode (UTF-8) mesaje. Cuvinte cheie şi emoticoane, cu efect de sunet opţional pot fi adăugate. PNGs, JPEG şi GIF (inclusiv animat), sunt susţinute, în plus faţă de teme personalizate care să permită apariţia ferestrei individ de a fi personalizate cu diferite efecte de text. Două moduri de afişare de text ("Normal" si "Coloana") sunt disponibile. Transferuri directe de chat şi de fişiere sunt acceptate. Secure (SSL / TLS), serverele sunt acceptate.
