PrinterExpress este un program foarte util pentru persoanele care lucreaza cu mai multe imprimante diferite, pe o reţea. Inconvenientul de a avea de a utiliza caseta de dialog Print de fiecare dată când doriţi să imprimaţi poate deveni rapid un hassle. Folosind PrinterExpress, trebuie doar să faceţi clic o dată pe pictograma PrinterExpress situat în tava de sistem (de lângă timp), şi puteţi face cu uşurinţă orice imprimanta din reţeaua dvs. imprimanta implicită. Deci, atunci când aveţi nevoie pentru a imprima un document, sau mai multe documente, aveţi posibilitatea să faceţi clic pur şi simplu pe pictograma de imprimare în programul dumneavoastră preferat în loc de a merge prin procesul plictisitor de File-> Print -> (Select Printer) -> OK.
