"Permite rotița mouse-ului în fereastra inactivă"

Always Mouse Wheel este un mic program Windows portabil
acest lucru vă oferă posibilitatea utilizării roții mouse-ului
pe orice fereastră (sub cursorul mouse-ului) pentru a scroliza prin rotița mouse-ului
chiar dacă fereastra nu este în prim-plan, de exemplu focalizată.

Caracteristici:
- aduce fereastra roții în prim-plan.
- Trimiteți comenzile de derulare la ferestre în fundal
