Acest pachet a fost făcut pentru a înlocui fişierele de pe CD-ul de instalare Windows XP (cu SP2 integrat) cu fişierele actualizate din remedierile emise de la lansarea Service Pack 2. Acest pachet oferă multe avantaje faţă de alte metode de integrare remediere rapidă:

Integrare directă înseamnă că toate fişierele hotfixed sunt integrate in CD-ul de la început. Nu trebuie să vă faceţi griji cu privire la computer fiind nesigur în timp, înainte de instalarea de remedieri rapide.
