"Exchange Server foldere sincronizare."

CodeTwo Exchange Sync permite sincronizarea automată a diferitelor foldere Microsoft Exchange Server. Acesta oferă opțiuni de sincronizare extinse utilizatorilor Exchange Server, de ex. sincronizarea dosarelor publice cu cutiile poștale personale sau dispozitivele portabile. În timp ce cele mai multe smartphone-uri nu permit sincronizarea cu foldere publice Exchange, CodeTwo Exchange Sync este capabil să o facă în câteva secunde. Programul acceptă sincronizarea într-o singură direcție, în două direcții și în dosar. Mai mult, datele sincronizate pot fi modificate în zbor.

În sincronizarea One-Way, după cum sugerează și numele, datele sunt sincronizate într-o singură direcție. Următorul tip de sincronizare disponibil este Two-Way. În această opțiune, replicarea datelor merge în două direcții, astfel încât folderele sincronizate conțin întotdeauna aceleași elemente. Când sunt sincronizate mai multe foldere în modul Two-Way, este creat un "ring ring" - este al treilea tip de sincronizare. Datele din fiecare dosar sunt reproduse în toate celelalte dosare din inel.

În modul One-way, CodeTwo Exchange Sync poate fi folosit, de exemplu, pentru sincronizarea folderelor publice cu handheld-uri (PDA-uri, BlackBerry, iPhone). Mai întâi, programul sincronizează datele din Dosarele publice cu folderele personale. Odată ce datele apar în foldere personale, elementele pot fi descărcate cu ușurință de dispozitivul mobil.

CodeTwo Exchange Sync poate fi instalat pe un computer care găzduiește Exchange Server sau pe orice altă stație de lucru din rețeaua care este conectată la acesta. Dacă serverul Exchange nu este instalat pe un computer, mașina trebuie să fie echipată cel puțin cu Microsoft Outlook 98/2000 în modul Corporate sau Workgroup.
