ChangeSender adaugă o funcție importantă de funcționalitate la Microsoft Outlook atunci când este utilizată cu Exchange Server: vă permite să alegeți adresa expeditorului la care e-mailurile dvs. sunt trimise prin e-mail. Fără ChangeSender, Exchange trimite întotdeauna e-mailuri la adresa dvs. de e-mail prestabilită fixată în ActiveDirectory chiar și atunci când răspunde la e-mailurile primite pe una dintre adresele dvs. de e-mail suplimentare. De asemenea, Exchange nu permite partajarea între utilizatori a aceleiași adrese de e-mail (adică adrese de e-mail la nivel de departament sau de companie). ChangeSender rezolvă ambele probleme adăugând o casetă de selectare configurabilă "trimite ca" în formularul de e-mail Outlook.

Requirements: Windows XP, Vista, 7 or Windows Server 2000, 2003 or 2008, or Windows Server SBS 2011. Any Outlook

What's new in this version: Improved: Default fixed sender address now also applies if you send email from within another application like Adobe Acrobat.
