Operator este un pachet software, care este uşor de instalat pe o memorie portabilă (pendrive, stick USB, hard disk), pentru a permite navigarea în timp ce anonim de la un internet cafe, bibliotecă etc

Operator combină puterea de a browser-ului Opera, ceapa Router (TOR) şi Privoxy.

Cu operator de date nu vor fi stocate în computerul pe care conectat în memoria portabil.
