Dacă aţi instalat imprimanta pe PC folosind un CD original, Lexmark driver care a venit împreună cu produsul dvs. şi se confruntă cu probleme atunci când imprimaţi, este posibil să aveţi instalat Windows XP driverul.

Urmaţi aceşti paşi pentru a rezolva:
· Deconectaţi cablul USB de la imprimantă.
· Dezinstalare toate driverele de imprimantă Lexmark de pe PC.
· Descărcaţi corect driverul Vista pentru modelul dumneavoastră.
· Instalaţi driverul de pe PC.
