WinEvent (componenta TWinEvent) acceptă majoritatea posibilităților MSAA (Microsoft Active Accessibility) care permit monitorizarea multor evenimente de sistem. Cu TWinEvent puteți urmări unele lucruri de nivel scăzut, care au fost disponibile cu cârlige globale și DLL-uri externe înainte.
