SpamAid este un uşor de utilizat MS Outlook add-on pentru a proteja Inbox impotriva spam-ului. Programul se bazează pe tehnologia de filtrare Bayesian. Se învaţă în mod automat folosind corespondenţa dumneavoastră personale pentru a spori precizia de filtrare. Carantină de e-mail-uri sunt stocate într-un folder separat SPAM. Utilizatorii pot gestiona prietenii lor şi liste de dusmani sau de a construi propriile filtre. Programul are o opţiune de a testa mail de ieşire pentru riscul potenţial de a fi filtrat ca spam.
